Tropical Coconut Crisp

2 bags (400 g each) Europe’s Best® Fruit Essentials Tropical Fruit with Coconut
3/4 cup (175 mL) coconut sugar
1 tsp (5 mL) lime zest
3 tbsp (45 mL) lime juice
1/4 cup (60 mL) all-purpose flour
2 tbsp (30 mL) Spectrum® Organic Coconut Oil, melted
1 1/2 tsp (7 mL) ground cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp (7 mL) vanilla extract

3/4 cup (175 mL) oats
1/2 cup (125 mL) coconut flakes
1/2 cup (125 mL) all-purpose flour
1/2 cup (125 mL) coconut sugar
1/3 cup (75 mL) coconut oil, melted
2 cups (500 mL) Greek Gods® Honey Vanilla Greek Yogurt


1. Filling: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Stir together fruit, coconut sugar, lime zest, lime juice, flour, coconut oil, cinnamon and vanilla. Spread evenly into greased 8-inch (2 L) baking dish.

2. Topping: Stir together oats, coconut flakes, flour and coconut sugar. Toss with coconut oil until well coated. Sprinkle evenly over filling.

3. Bake 45 to 50 minutes or until filling is bubbling and topping is golden brown.

4. Let cool for 10 minutes. Serve with dollop of yogurt.


Substitute coconut flakes with pecans or chopped almonds to taste.

Substitute coconut sugar for brown sugar.
